This hymn of the resurrection is chanted in Eastern Monasteries after the Gospel and before Psalm 50 (on some occasions). This is a sublime rendition of the hymn done by Divna Ljubojevic. Below is the Slavonic text of the video (I hope it is accurate) and the English translation by the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Basilian order.

Воскресе́ние Христо́во ви́девше, поклони́мся Святому Господу Иисусу, единому безгрешному. Кресту Твоему покланяемся, Христе, и святое Воскресение Твое пое́м и сла́вим. Ты бо еси Бог наш, ра́зве Тебе ино́го не зна́ем, Имя Твое имену́ем. Приидите, вси ве́рнии, поклони́мся святому Христову Воскресению; се бо прии́де Кресто́м радость всему миру; всегда́ благословя́ще Господа, пое́м Воскресение Его, распятие бо претерпе́в, смертию смерть разруши́.

Having beheld the Resurrection of Christ, let us worship the Holy Lord Jesus, who alone is sinless. We bow to Your Cross, O Christ, and Thy holy Resurrection we praise and glorify. Thou art our God and besides you we recognize no other, and we invoke your name. Come, all you faithful, and let us worship Christ's holy Resurrection, since through the Cross joy hath come into the world. Ever praising the Lord, let us extol His Resurrection, since He, having endured the Crucifixion, has destroyed death by His death.
