This is Romance de los pinos, by Federico Moreno Torroba, a 20th century Spanish composer whose work has been widely popularized by Andres Segovia. This is one of the first pieces I ever heard on classical guitar, and I was thrilled to get to perform it as the encore for this concert in Astoria, Oregon on May 31st, 2014.
